Instructions for use

useful information

Their posture-improving insoles stimulate specific muscle chains. They are linked to the brain via nerve tracts, so that their individual body statics can involuntarily be normalized.
As long as the feet are in contact with the soles, they are effective. For this reason, the insoles should be worn whenever possible, at least until there is a permanent change in posture.
However, they in no way replace the work of doctors, therapists and medical practitioners or the effects of fitness programs for muscle building, endurance training or general physical activity.

Carrying instructions

• You may experience mild muscle or joint pain in the first few days after wearing your soles. This is completely normal and underlines the positive reaction of your musculoskeletal system.

• A follow-up check should be carried out after the device has been worn for approx. 6 - 8 weeks. This check-up appointment is extremely important in order to maintain a permanent muscle balance. You are responsible for the appointment.

• In the case of children, a follow-up check should also be carried out every six months, since growth spurts and the associated changes in statics and posture must be taken into account.

• Put the insoles only in suitable shoes (closed if possible; without corrective footbed; little heel up to approx. 4 cm) and pay attention to the side markings (right / left) when changing.

• Please no BIRKENSTOCK or similar footwear with a pronounced, hard footbed, classic orthopedic insoles in parallel.

• It must be ensured that the soles are fixed as far as possible in the direction of the heel of the shoe so that they cannot slip.

• You can wash the inserts at a maximum of 30 ° C in the washing machine. Never dry the insoles on a heater or other heat sources.
